If you are a parent or legal guardian you agree to bind the minor to these terms and hold harmless Red Dingo if the minor breaches any of these terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold Red Dingo, its directors, employees, predecessors, successors in interest, subsidiaries and affiliates, harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including legal fees), made against us by any third party due to or arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services.

Terms & Conditions

Ordering

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days after receipt. Please note if you have ordered a customised product via a Red Dingo retailer we can only process it once it has been received by us from the retailer.

Products available for order on this website are indicated with an ‘Add to Cart’ button on the product page. If this button is not visible on the product page, the product is not available in your region.

All products displayed as ‘in-stock’ are available to ship. Errors can occur and if you place an order for a product which is out of stock you will be contacted to discuss a replacement product, estimated availability, or refund.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on your location and order dimensions & weight. Orders for ID tags are sent via letter mail and are not trackable. All other products are sent via courier. Orders containing ID tags plus other products are combined into one package and delivered by courier.

Delivery Times

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days after receipt. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. Shipping times vary by destination and an estimated delivery time will be shown during the checkout process.

Fulfilment Locations

Depending on the shipping destination, orders are processed from one of three locations:

Red Dingo Australia Pty Ltd. (Sydney, Australia): Ships to Australia, New Zealand, Asia Pacific
Red Dingo Inc. (Seattle, USA): Ships to North America, Canada, South America, Hawaii
Red Dingo GmbH (Austria): Ships to Europe, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Middle East, Africa, Asia

Customs Duty

As the customer, you are responsible for the payment of any customs duties. These charges are out of Red Dingo’s control and you may or may not be liable for these charges prior to delivery. Please review your local customs legislation for further information before ordering.

Sales Tax/VAT/GST

Where required, any Sales Tax, VAT, or GST relevant to your country is shown at checkout.

Exchanges

Please review our size guide before making a purchase. If you wish to exchange your goods, you may do so within 14 days of receipt, subject to the below conditions:

• The product must be in original “new” condition, unused and with packaging attached.

• Unless an error has been made by us, the customer is responsible for all costs incurred for exchanging an item, including but not limited to: return freight to Red Dingo, freight of the replacement item, and any customs charges.

• A Red Dingo Customer Service Representative must be contacted to assess your request first. Please contact us with your order number and return request details.

• The product must have been purchased via the Red Dingo website.

Personalised items cannot be exchanged.

Returns

Our strict quality control measures require each individual product to be thoroughly inspected before leaving our facilities. We guarantee all of our products to be free from material and manufacturing faults for the life of the product and will replace any defective products.

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your Red Dingo product please contact us. If you have purchased your Red Dingo product through a Red Dingo retailer, please contact them first to arrange a suitable solution.

Product Warranty

Red Dingo operates under your local consumer law for standard product warranties. If you have experienced a problem with one of our products due to a manufacturing defect please contact us.

For any remedies under warranty, we will either repair the product, replace the product or provide a full refund at our discretion. Any costs incurred for freight for warranty claims will be covered by Red Dingo.

Warranty for Consumers in the European Union

Under EU law, consumers within the European Union have up to 2 years to make a claim for faulty goods, or goods that don't look or work as advertised. For any remedies under warranty, we will either repair the product, replace the product or provide a full refund at our discretion.

Warranty for Consumers in the UK and Wales

Consumers in the United Kingdom have up to 6 years (5 years in Scotland) to make a claim for faulty goods, or goods that don't look or work as advertised. For any remedies under warranty, we will either repair the product, replace the product or provide a full refund at our discretion.

Product Guarantee
