1. What information do we collect?

Personal information you disclose to us

In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.

Payment Data
We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number, and the security code associated with your payment instrument. We do not share your personal information with any third-parties, except for in the event of a business merger or acquisition. Red Dingo will not sell personal information to third parties.

7. How long do we keep your information?

10. Rights for residents in California

Users in California have specific privacy rights. The California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the 'Shine The Light' law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. To the extent possible, we will avoid requesting additional information from you for the purposes of verification. However, if we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional information for the purposes of verifying your identity and for security or fraud-prevention purposes.
